Can we use our current Practice Management System?

​Yes.  You can still use your current PMS.  Its as simple as granting a user name and password for us.

​

How long will it take to get things started?

This depends on how you are set up now to do billing.  If you currently bill from your PMS, we can start billing in as little as a couple days.  If we need to set you up in our system, it can take a few days to get your information set up.

​If we have a question, who do we contact?

​You will have a representative assigned to your practice only.  They are there to answer any and all questions you may have, whether it's an eligibity question or a patient balance question.

What do you need to get started?

​Its as easy as 1...2...3...

 

1. Give Practice Information: Contact us for a simple one page form of the inforamtion needed.

 

2. Sign up for claims submission:  Again, if you are using your PMS system, this step is already comlete.  If we need to set you up, we would need to change the Medicare EDI information.  All other insurances can be billed as soon as the provider information is loaded into our system.

 

3. Send us your paperwork:  You can send us your Superbills/EOBs in whichever way is the most convenient for your practice.  You can scan and email them, Fax them or we can schedule a weekly pickup.
